A website that works for you.
As a self-employed person, you are the product. Your site doesn't have to be big: it should communicate what you do and why you do it.
A website for self-employed people starts at €895 for five pages, usually live within two weeks. That's enough for who you are, what you do, proof that you can do it and a way to reach out. Hosting costs from €19 per month and the site is yours after payment, including source code.
WHAT YOU NEED
Five pages are usually enough
For most self-employed people, a five-page site is just right: what you do, for whom, what it costs, who you are and how people can reach you. More pages rarely make it more convincing.
What matters is not size but clarity. Anyone who does not understand within ten seconds what you are doing and whether you are the right one will click away: no matter how beautiful the site is.
- Just a profile on a platform? — Then the platform determines your visibility and your rate.
- Site from 2019? — An outdated site costs more trust than no site.
- Everything by word of mouth? — Fine, until there's a moment of silence.
- Clear what you are doing — in one sentence, at the top.
- Who you work for — so that the right people stay.
- A price indication — the most asked and most avoided question.
- Evidence — a case, a figure or a quote with name.
- Your face — in a sole proprietorship you are the offer.
- One clear action — call, email or schedule a meeting.
WHAT IT RESULTS
Not more visitors, but better ones
A self-employed site rarely attracts thousands of visitors, and it doesn't have to. Ten people a month looking for exactly what you do are worth more than a thousand random ones.
That is why we aim for specific terms: not 'copywriter' but 'copywriter for technical companies'. Less search volume, much more opportunity, and the people who come are more relevant.
- Specific search terms — where you can realistically win.
- Findable in your field — rather than a general term.
- Fewer non-binding requests — clarity pre-filters.
- Independent of platforms — no commission, no algorithm.
- From you — including domain and source code.
WHEN NOT
When you don't need a site yet
If you have just started, you have no turnover yet and your assignments come entirely from your network, then €895 may not be your best first investment. A properly completed profile on a professional platform costs nothing and often works better.
We prefer to say that now rather than later. A site that you can't afford or don't need won't help you move forward.
- No turnover yet — start for free, come back later.
- Everything via your network — and the agenda is full.
- Temporary assignment — having your own site is rarely worthwhile for one project.
- Well: you want to be found — then this is exactly the moment.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
More about websites for self-employed people
Isn't €895 a lot for a self-employed person?
It is a real investment, and whether it pays off depends on what one assignment yields. For an average order of several thousand euros, one additional customer per year is enough. If you are far below that, it is wiser to start yourself.
Can I keep track of it myself?
We build a management environment for components that you regularly change. The service contract is simpler for incidental text changes: you email the new text and we make it live.
Do I need a blog?
Only if you keep it up and answer real customer questions. Four articles that come to a standstill work against you. Without twenty real questions, it would be better to spend that time on your service pages.
How long does it take?
Five pages usually within two weeks. Construction is rarely the brake; supplying texts and photos determines the pace.
What if I want to expand later?
Then we continue to build on it. An additional custom page costs €179, and you can always switch to the Growth package with blog and links.
