We deliberately start small: first the part that saves the most time or annoyance, then continue step by step. This way you keep control of your budget and planning, and you can see results after a few weeks.
Whether you call it having software made, having software built or having software developed: it is the same process. A custom application here is the same as custom software: one customer asks for a custom application for planning, the other asks for custom software for the entire process, and the work behind it is identical. We use the terms interchangeably because our customers do too: what matters is that there is something that follows your way of working instead of the other way around.

We build the module that saves the most time. It goes live and is used as we continue to build: real feedback instead of assumptions.

Accounting, CRM, planning or inventory: we let the systems that are still manually updated talk.

Transfer
Documentation, explanation and source code. You know what has been built, and another developer can continue with it.
PRICE AND SCHEDULE
Fixed price per phase, no open end
custom development is known for budgets that run out. This is almost always due to scope growing during construction. We therefore price per phase: you know in advance what a phase costs, and you decide per phase whether the next one will continue.

About custom software
When is custom development better than a standard package?
If your process sets you apart from the competition, or if you spend more time working around the package than on the work itself. If a standard package is suitable, we will say so - it is usually cheaper for you.
Can it be linked to my accounting?
Usually yes. The common Dutch accounting packages have an API. For older systems we look at export and import files; that also often saves most of the manual work.
What if my company grows?
We build on that: modules are added without having to rebuild the existing part. Growth usually comes from more users and more data, and we take that into account from the start.
Who will manage the system afterwards?
You choose that yourself. We do the management from €49 per month, but you can also do it yourself or have it done by another party: you have the source code and the documentation.
How quickly can I use the first part?
We deliver something working every one to two weeks, so you never have to wait months for delivery. We decide together which module will go live first: usually the part that currently takes the most time or annoyance.
