Frequently asked pricing questions
Are there any recurring costs?
For building your website, software or AI agent you pay the agreed fixed price once. On top of that you only pay for what you take monthly, such as hosting, business email or a service contract. No mandatory subscriptions, no surprises.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, that's always possible. By default we use 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we tie payments to milestones, so you never pay in advance for something that doesn't exist yet.
What if my project grows beyond the package?
Then the price doesn't just grow along with it. We discuss extensions up front and price them separately and fixed. You decide per extension whether it happens — the agreed price for the package simply stays as it is.
Are the prices including VAT?
No, all stated prices exclude VAT. On the quote and the invoice you see exactly what is net and gross — no surprises there either.
