How much does a dashboard cost?
Making graphs is the cheap part. The numbers don't get reliable.
A dashboard that shows figures from one source starts at around €2,950. With multiple sources, calculated values and user roles, it's between €5,000 and €10,000. The costs are almost never in the display, but in retrieving, cleaning and reconciling the data.

What determines the price
The number of sources carries the most weight. Two systems that define the same concept differently need to be fine-tuned by hand: and that's a conversation about definitions, not technology.
The second factor is current affairs. Changing once a night is easy; real time is another project.

- A handful of indicators at most — nothing more is read.
- Trust in the numbers — one wrong number and no one is watching anymore.

Often yes, and then we recommend it. Standard tools are strong as long as your data is in one common system. custom development becomes interesting with sources that do not link as standard or with your own calculation rules.
How current are the figures?
You decide that, and it determines the price. Daily refreshing is sufficient for most decisions; real-time is rarely necessary and considerably more expensive.
What if my systems do not connect?
Then there is sometimes an export-import route, but it is fragile. We find out in advance what each source allows before you start working on a dashboard.
