All prices are public and exclude VAT. Payment is 50% upon start and 50% upon completion; deadlines are possible in consultation. You will receive a fixed price in advance based on a defined scope: additional work only exists if you change that scope. We do not offer a website per month, because the site is your property.

Are the prices on the site final?
These are fixed package prices and realistic starting prices. After a thirty-minute conversation you will receive a fixed price for your situation, which will not change afterwards unless you change the scope.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all amounts are exclusive of VAT. This is the usual representation for business customers and is usually deductible.
How does the payment work?
50% at start, 50% at completion. Terms are possible in consultation. Ownership of the custom work is transferred after full payment.
What happens in case of additional work?
Additional work only occurs if you change the scope. We will then discuss in advance what it will cost and what it will do to the planning: you will not be surprised with an invoice afterwards.
Why don't you offer a website per month?
Because it clashes with what we sell: a site that is yours. At current rental rates, you pay more over three years than for a purchased site and have nothing left at the end. If you want to spread it out, a payment arrangement can be negotiated - while retaining ownership.
What is the €195 AI scan?
A paid preliminary study: which process is suitable for automation, is it feasible, and what does it yield. Including payback calculation. The amount will be settled when you subsequently place an order.
What does an extra page cost?
€179 per custom page, including design, construction and text advice.
How much does the Everything arranged bundle cost?
€69 per month for hosting, business email and the service contract together, instead of €74 when you purchase them separately. Can be canceled monthly.
Is maintenance included in the construction price?
No, that is separate and optional. Hosting starts at €19 per month, a service contract at €49. For sites that rarely change, hosting alone is often cheaper.
Can I only take advice?
Yes. The first consultation is free. If you want a detailed investigation without a construction assignment, then the AI scan is intended for that.
Will I receive a quote on paper?
Yes, with the scope included: which pages or functions, what is not included, the price, the lead time and the ownership agreement. A quote without a scope is the most expensive you can sign.
What if the project turns out to be more expensive?
That does not happen with a fixed price with a fixed scope. If it turns out that something is more work than we estimate, then that is our risk and not your invoice.
